This is what potential customers are usually waiting for after a new model has been revealed, the configuration page to go live. Now you can build your dream 2019 Ram 1500 on the automakerís U.S. site and choose from a variety of trims.
Those interested will be able to choose from six trims: Tradesman, Big Horn, Laramie, Rebel, Laramie Longhorn and Limited. It may not be as numerous as the 10 that was offered with the previous Ram 1500, but each one has something unique to offer and an impressive list of standard equipment.
Even the entry-level Tradesman model comes with a 5-inch touchscreen with Uconnect 3, rear view camera, keyless entry, electric park brake, power door locks and front windows as standard. Go for the range-topping Limited model and the list is extended to include power running boards, blind spot monitoring with rear cross path and trailer detection, 12-inch touchscreen with navigation, four corner suspension and more.
As with most models, some trims are offered with more or fewer paint options than others and those opting for the Rebel will get the least amount of offerings followed by the Limited trim.
Though the Configurator may be live, pricing for the various trims and optional packages remains hidden.
With all the new technology and features in the 2019 Ram 1500, we can expect to see a price bump compared to its predecessor.
