Hello

Impressed with 5th Gen Ram. Like the Longhorn trim. Doing a lot of online research for now.

Tell me about it.

After seeing both the new and past generation sitting side by side at my local dealer that really put things into perspective.

How much longer from now do you see yourself being an owner?

Welcome to the forum. Yeah Ram has really stepped things up with the 1500 this year, and it could be argued that its one of the most premium feeling pickups on the market.

That will be the case till Lincoln decides to let RAM stop having fun.

Can't get over the idea of a pick up with the following interior:

Welcome!

The Lincoln Mark LT really didn't disrupt the segment in the way that GM was hoping. It got fairly mediocre reviews and was way over priced in comparison to the established brand names. Mercedes Benz new X-Class has been criticized for the exact same reason.

I mean Ford, Chevy and Ram have all seriously stepped up the luxury options available in their pickups in recent years. I think its for that reason that premium brands have difficulty in differentiating themselves. I'm not all that surprised that Lincoln wants to take another crack at the segment however. The interest in trucks only continues to grow.
